Yup, the birthdays are coming thick and fast – thank goodness we’re in close season with all of this cake!!
Today, we salute a defender who can deliver a pretty good set-piece too, and has a powerful shot to boot. So much so that she won the goal of the season award a couple of seasons back, with an absolute belter at Coach Road.
It’s been a tough slog back from a nasty injury sustained more than two years ago, but it’s such a joy to see this young lady back on the pitch this season. Despite that long lay-off, she’s always been with the squad, home and away, and even debuted in the commentary box this season too.
Let’s say a big, big Yellow Army happy birthday to Sasha Mole.
