It’s birthday time once again today as we celebrate another of Torquay United’s defensive stars.
Returning to the yellow and blue this season she’s provided a steady and experienced element to United’s defensive unit, and the team always looks more assured when she’s marshalling the back line.
Her most memorable match is playing for Buckland against Watford in the National League, and her favourite ground to have played at is MK Dons.
Affectionately known around the club as Sheps – its big happy birthday wishes today – to Alex Sheppard.
