Put up the banners and light those candles – it’s birthday time again in the Torquay United camp.
Today we’re celebrating with a versatile player who was an integral part of United’s County Cup-winning side, and the team that won promotion to the National League in 2022/23, and who was prised out of ‘retirement’ to add her talent, ability and experience to this season’s squad.
In fact, and perhaps not surprisingly, that cup final, and the league-winning victory over Royal Wooton Bassett Town at Liverton, rank as this player’s most memorable matches.
Billed as TV’s toughest game show – this lady has taken part in Ninja Warriors. No wonder the opposition doesn’t want to mess with her!!!
